Lola Gómez Carmona
Lola is an experienced and passionate Spanish teacher with over a decade of international experience in both education and management. She is a certified DELE and SIELE examiner and specializes in preparing students for Spanish IB (ab initio, SL, HL), IGCSE, AP, and DELE exams.
She has taught at top international schools such as Stamford American International School in Singapore, where she worked across the PYP and MYP IB programmes. She now works with students from all over the world through online platforms and her own academy.
Lola brings together her background in business and education to lead Spanish-4You with a strong focus on academic quality, cultural exchange, and personalised learning. She believes that teaching is a two-way journey, one of guiding, motivating, and constantly learning from her students.
Miguel Ángel Padilla
Miguel Ángel has always been dedicated to the business world, with extensive experience in sectors related to construction and development. Throughout his career, he has led and managed various projects, bringing strategic vision and strong leadership to every endeavor. His entrepreneurial spirit and practical mindset are key pillars of the team’s foundation.
He is passionate about building meaningful projects and enjoys working in collaborative environments that bring ideas to life.
Iván Padilla Bautista
With a strong background in business management and leadership, Iván brings a strategic and results-driven approach to his role as Academic Director at Spanish-4You. His extensive experience overseeing teams and complex operations in the corporate world has allowed him to implement efficient systems, ensure quality standards, and promote innovation in educational environments.
Passionate about education and committed to excellence, Iván plays a key role in aligning the academic vision of Spanish-4You with the highest international standards, supporting both teachers and students to reach their full potential.
Pablo Parrado
With many years of experience in administration, Pablo is highly competent and efficient in managing administrative tasks. He has excellent knowledge of digital systems and oversees all technological and registration processes with precision and professionalism.
Elías Fernández Gómez
Elías oversees marketing strategy and sales development at Spanish-4You, combining creativity with a results-driven approach. He is passionate about connecting students worldwide with high-quality Spanish education and building lasting partnerships that support the academy’s growth. Elías ensures a smooth communication between the academy and its students, providing proper customer service.

Spanish Teacher & DELE Examiner
Lola has over six years of teaching experience at an international school in Singapore, where she worked with students from many different cultural backgrounds. For more than five years, she has been teaching online, helping students prepare for DELE, SIELE, IB, and IGCSE exams.
Since 2022, she also participated as an examiner for the DELE and CCSE exams. Passionate about education, she strives to inspire her students and help each one reach their full potential while making learning Spanish an enjoyable and meaningful experience.
Spanish Teacher & DELE Examiner
Isabel has over 18 years of experience teaching Spanish as a foreign language, both in Spain and internationally. Throughout her career, she has worked in universities, language schools, companies and cultural institutions, as well as online, teaching students from diverse backgrounds and at all proficiency levels.
She has taught university students, professionals and individual learners, and has extensive experience preparing students for official exams such as DELE. In addition, she has worked in academic coordination, teacher training and the creation of teaching materials.
As an accredited DELE examiner, Isabel approaches teaching with a student-centred, motivating and flexible style. Her goal is to make learning Spanish a practical, meaningful and enjoyable experience, helping students build confidence and communicate naturally in real-life contexts.

Victor is passionate about Spanish culture, he integrates music, cinema, and current events into his lessons to make learning engaging and meaningful.
